In this role, you'll play a key part in sourcing, screening, and onboarding skilled healthcare professionals and ensuring the right people are placed where they're needed most. Your work will directly support the delivery of high-quality care across Tasmania, while contributing to a collaborative and fast-paced team that values precision, empathy, and impact.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Build Talent Pools: Source and screen healthcare candidates using best-practice recruitment and onboarding techniques
- Craft Compelling Job Ads: Write targeted job advertisements and leverage platforms like SEEK and LinkedIn to attract top talent
- Deliver Exceptional Candidate Care: Manage candidate relationships with professionalism, responsiveness, and empathy
- Support Structured Interviewing & Best Practice: Utilise competency-based interview guides and ensure recruitment processes reflect current industry standards and professional guidelines (RCSA, AHRI, AHPRA, etc.)
- Own the Onboarding Journey: Coordinate checks, documentation, and system updates to ensure smooth candidate onboarding
- Engage & Represent: Attend networking events and workshops to promote Nurseline brand and connect with the healthcare community
- Background in professional recruiting, HR, customer services or employment services.
- Proactive in meeting diverse recruitment needs with strong planning, organisational skills, and the flexibility to respond to changing priorities.
- Confident in using recruitment databases and software, with a sharp eye for accuracy and record-keeping.
- Skilled at building rapport and communicating clearly with candidates across various channels.
