Project Manager – Engineering Projects

About the Role:
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of complex engineering projects. You'll take ownership of project planning, execution and completion—ensuring efficiency, compliance and the highest standards of quality. Working closely with internal teams, external stakeholders, and third-party vendors, you'll play a pivotal role in the organisation's long-term success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the end-to-end delivery of engineering projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and on budget
  • Coordinate internal resources and external partners to drive project success
  • Develop and manage project scopes, objectives, and technical feasibility assessments
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring proactive issue resolution.
  • Oversee financials, budgets, and cost control measures
  • Maintain strong communication with stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency
  • Foster collaboration to achieve project milestones
About You:
  • Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronic or Civil Engineering
  • Strong background in project management, ideally within engineering, manufacturing, or infrastructure projects
  • Formal Project Management training (essential)
  • Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules and operational performance requirements
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make informed decisions under pressure.
