The Real Estate Institute of South Australia (REISA) is the peak industry body for real estate agents and property professionals in South Australia. REISA has recently returned to the training space and is planning to set a high benchmark for training and developing best in class industry professionals.

About the Role:

We are looking for a passionate and experienced real estate professional excited about giving back to the industry and potentially pivoting their industry experience to become a trainer and assessor. While formal training experience and qualifications are preferred, REISA will support you in obtaining the relevant skills and qualifications to perform in the role.

An important part of this role is being a Business Partnerships lead. You should already have established relationships with affiliated industries to Real Estate and be comfortable developing these into mutually beneficial projects.

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Providing theory and practical training and assessment to students through virtual classroom sessions.
  • Assessing a range of students using various methods to determine whether they reach competency criteria.
  • Supporting a panel of contracted trainers, while also being able to deliver engaging workshops face-to-face and virtually/online.
  • Using your administrative and organizational skills to prepare workshops, communicate with students, and maintain the student portal.

To be successful you will have:

  • Solid experience and understanding of the real estate sector.
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or willingness to obtain.
  • A sound knowledge of the VET sector and National Standards for RTOs (preferred although not essential).
  • Strong communication skills with confidence in delivering nationally recognized courses.
  • Valid driver's license.
