We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Training and Development Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing training and assessment to students through virtual classroom sessions. Your role will also involve assessing a range of students using various methods to determine whether they reach competency criteria.
You should have solid experience and understanding of the real estate sector, as well as a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or willingness to obtain. A sound knowledge of the VET sector and National Standards for RTOs is preferred but not essential. Strong communication skills with confidence in delivering nationally recognized courses are also required.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and qualifications while giving back to the industry. You will be supported in obtaining the relevant skills and qualifications to perform in the role. An important part of this role is being a Business Partnerships lead, where you will be responsible for developing mutually beneficial projects with affiliated industries to Real Estate.
The successful candidate will have:
- Solid experience and understanding of the real estate sector
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or willingness to obtain
- A sound knowledge of the VET sector and National Standards for RTOs (preferred)
