About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and reliable Logistics Trainee to join our small, dynamic team in the Melbourne office. You will be part of a close-knit group of four employees locally, while also belonging to a global organization that is a key player in its industry. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience and grow within an international business environment.

These challenges await you:

  • Assist in coordinating overall store operations, ensuring the store and workshop areas are organized and maintained.

  • Receive, check, and store incoming goods and deliveries.

  • Prepare and pack orders for dispatch, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.

  • Conduct regular stock takes and assist with stock control procedures.

  • Deliver and collect parts as required, ensuring appropriate documentation and handling.

  • Process stock requests and assist with ordering parts and inventory replenishment.

  • Maintain inventory records and documentation accurately and promptly.

  • Provide general administrative support to the logistics and office team, including filing, data entry, and document handling.

  • Ensure all activities comply with Spheros health and safety standards and company procedures.

What We're Looking For:

  • A keen interest in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse operations.

  • Good organizational and time management skills.

  • Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions.

  • Basic computer skills (e.g., Google Drive, G-Mail, Excel). First knowledge of SAP is useful.

  • A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a strong work ethic.

  • A forklift license would be an advantage.

  • A valid driver's license is requested.
