Overview

Cook - Birtinya at Guzman y Gomez Mexican Kitchen. We're Australia's only fast-food restaurant to be 100% clean, meaning there are no added preservatives, artificial flavours, added colours or unacceptable additives in our food. We're incredibly proud of our amazing people, and the unique way we celebrate Mexican culture in everything we do.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare fresh and delicious food and contribute to high standards of quality and consistency
  • Problem solve and weigh-in with expertise on vibrant Mexican flavours
  • Utilise fresh ingredients to produce top-quality products for new and regular guests
Qualifications
  • Kitchen experience and knife skills ideal, but not a necessity
  • Strong focus on food quality and consistency
  • Understand and comply with the food safety requirements of the position
  • Ensure compliance with all WH&S legislation (act and regulation)
  • Previous experience in cooking over a char grill would be advantageous
