Overview

Payroll Officer – Up to $80k + Super. Are you an experienced Payroll Officer looking for your next opportunity? This is a fantastic chance to join a supportive finance and HR team in a permanent full-time role.

We're seeking a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys managing end-to-end payroll processes with accuracy and efficiency.

Base pay range
A$80,000.00/yr - A$85,000.00/yr

Payroll Officer - Up to $80k + Super

Responsibilities
  • End-to-end processing of payroll for a diverse workforce
  • Ensuring compliance with awards, agreements and legislation
  • Handling payroll reporting, reconciliations and adjustments
  • Supporting process improvements within payroll and HR functions
  • Assisting employees with payroll-related queries
Qualifications
  • Demonstrated experience in a payroll role (end-to-end processing preferred)
  • Strong understanding of awards, superannuation and payroll legislation
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
  • Intermediate Excel and payroll system experience
