Join the dynamic team at Northern Beaches Hospital's Food Service department as a Full Time Food Services Assistant.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing food trays for patient consumption
  • Delivering, serving and collecting patient food requirements and meal trays according to established meal schedules
  • Assisting in daily food preparation and basic meal assembly
  • Cleaning and sanitizing food service equipment to meet hospital and industry food safety and hygiene standards
Key Requirements:
  • Holding a current Food Processing Certificate Level 1 (or working towards it)
  • Prior experience in Healthcare Food Services is desirable
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including early and late shifts, and weekends
