Job DescriptionWe are seeking a proactive and people-focused Safety Business Partner to lead safety culture, compliance, and risk initiatives in a high-risk, operational environment. This role involves partnering across various teams to deliver meaningful safety improvements and coaching frontline leaders.
Key Focus Areas:- Champion a proactive safety culture and coach teams on best practices
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations
- Lead incident investigations and implement corrective actions
- Deliver training on safety systems, fatigue management, and emergency response
- Engage with regulatory bodies and support audit preparations
- Drive continuous improvement and contribute to strategic safety planning
- Qualifications in WHS or a related field
- Experience in high-risk environments
- Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills
- In-depth knowledge of safety legislation and systems
- A passion for safety with a collaborative and influential mindset
This is a strictly onsite role, partnering closely with operational and People & Culture teams.
