The Role
We are seeking registration for qualified Mechanical Fitter and Electrician positions at Salisbury (SA).
**Responsibilities**:
- Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment and systems for emergency repairs and carry out preventive maintenance inspections- Improve workforce productivity by eliminating potential delays by technical support and fault finding of mechanical issues.- Partner with others on shift to provide solutions to production issues.- Active participation in Continuous Improvement and ad-hoc projects- Develop and implement safe systems of work without supervision and provides technical guidance when required
About you- Australian Trade Certificate and Qualification- Proven experience in industrial setting, ideally in manufacturing environment- PLC fault finding & SCADA knowledge (preferred for automation role)- Strong analytical & problem-solving skills- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, manuals, and P&ID’s
