We are looking for an experienced SCCM L3 Engineer to manage, troubleshoot, and optimize our Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (SCCM/MECM) environment. This role involves advanced administration, patch management, application packaging, and automation to ensure smooth and secure endpoint management across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer, maintain, and support SCCM/MECM infrastructure including primary and secondary site servers, distribution points, and management points.
  • Perform advanced troubleshooting of SCCM issues (client health, deployments, WSUS sync, distribution failures).
  • Design and implement OS deployment (OSD) solutions including task sequences, drivers, and images.
  • Package, deploy, and maintain applications and updates.
  • Manage patching cycles, compliance reporting, and vulnerability remediation.
  • Automate repetitive tasks using PowerShell or equivalent scripting.
  • Ensure endpoint security integration (BitLocker, AV, compliance baselines).
  • Monitor, optimize, and scale the SCCM environment for performance and reliability.
  • Provide L3 escalation support to the operations team, mentoring L1/L2 engineers when needed.
  • Maintain documentation, SOPs, and configuration standards.
  • Collaborate with security, network, and server teams for end-to-end solution delivery.
  • Strong communication and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
  • Analytical thinking and proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Team player with a willingness to mentor and share knowledge.
Qualifications
  • Experience administering SCCM/MECM environments and related infrastructure components.
  • Proficiency with OS deployment (OSD), task sequences, drivers, and images.
  • Experience with application packaging, deployment, and update maintenance.
  • Strong scripting skills (PowerShell or equivalent).
  • Experience with patch management, compliance reporting, and vulnerability remediation.
  • Understanding of endpoint security integration (BitLocker, antivirus, baselines).
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
