    Job Description
    • Manage all warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in stock management.
    • Oversee the receipt, storage, and distribution of goods in line with operational policies.
    • Implement and monitor safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment.
    • Lead and motivate the warehouse team to achieve performance goals.
    • Collaborate with the logistics team to streamline supply chain processes.
    • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement for stock replenishment.
    • Prepare and present regular reports on warehouse performance and KPIs.
    • Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives for operational excellence.

    The Successful Applicant

    A Successful Warehouse Manager Should Have
    • Previous experience in warehouse management within a fast paced industry.
    • Strong understanding of logistics and inventory management systems.
    • Proven ability to lead and develop a team in a fast-paced environment.
    • Knowledge of workplace safety standards and compliance requirements.
    • Excellent problem-solving and organisational skills.
    • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
    • Proficiency in using warehouse management software and tools.
