This involves developing and implementing efficient operational models that enhance the customer experience and ensure we consistently deliver on our commitments.
The success of the VIC Warehouse is integral to the overall performance of the Distribution Channel, strengthening Beaumont Tiles' competitive edge in the market.This Role Is Responsible For (but Not Limited To)Lead & develop a high-performing team, including a Warehouse 2 IC and Warehouse Team Members Foster a safety-first culture, ensuring 100% compliance with safety standards Oversee warehouse DIFOT (Delivery In-Full On-Time) performance and operational efficiency Manage P&L, stock integrity, and warehouse capacity planning Implement continuous improvement initiatives and national warehouse standards Develop and maintain strong communication channels for seamless operations Utilise WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) and technology to enhance performance THE PERSON…You're a high-performing, professional individual who can work both independently and as part of a supportive team environment.
Having industry experience in a similar role, you're a confident communicator who can remain calm under pressure.
