This involves developing and implementing efficient operational models that enhance the customer experience and ensure we consistently deliver on our commitments.
The success of the VIC Warehouse is integral to the overall performance of the Distribution Channel, strengthening Beaumont Tiles' competitive edge in the market.
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to): Lead and develop a high-performing team, including a Warehouse 2 IC and warehouse team members Foster a safety-first culture, ensuring 100% compliance with safety standards Oversee warehouse DIFOT (Delivery In-Full On-Time) performance and operational efficiency Manage P&L, stock integrity, and capacity planning Implement continuous improvement initiatives and adhere to national warehouse standards Develop and maintain strong communication channels for seamless operations Utilize WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) and technology to enhance performance The Person You are a high-performing, professional individual capable of working independently and as part of a team.
With industry experience in a similar role, you are a confident communicator who remains calm under pressure.
You follow plans, focus on outcomes, and are meticulous with deadlines while maintaining a keen eye for detail.
