Our team delivers on-site pre-hospital care, emergency care, and patient transport services, aiming for the highest clinical standards with certified First Aid personnel, from Doctors to Event Medics.
Role DescriptionThis is a Casual role located in Berri, SA. The Medical Transport Officer will be responsible for providing safe and efficient patient transportation while delivering a high standard of care. Daily tasks include coordinating with medical personnel, managing patient transport logistics, ensuring vehicles are properly equipped and maintained, and adhering to safety and compliance protocols.
Responsibilities- Coordinate with medical personnel to support patient care and transport
- Manage patient transport logistics from pick-up to hand-off
- Ensure vehicles are properly equipped, maintained, and compliant with safety standards
- Adhere to safety, privacy, and regulatory requirements during transport
- Excellent Customer Service skills
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Certification in a Paramedical, Ambulance Officer or Nursing qualification
- Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous
