Job Overview

Responsibilities

The Medical Transport Officer will be responsible for providing safe and efficient patient transportation while delivering a high standard of care. Daily tasks include coordinating with medical personnel, managing patient transport logistics, ensuring vehicles are properly equipped and maintained, and adhering to safety and compliance protocols.

  • Coordinate with medical personnel to support patient care and transport
  • Manage patient transport logistics from pick-up to hand-off
  • Ensure vehicles are properly equipped, maintained, and compliant with safety standards
  • Adhere to safety, privacy, and regulatory requirements during transport
Required Skills and Qualifications

Excellent Customer Service skills, Strong organisational and time-management skills, Valid driver's license and a clean driving record, Ability to work independently and in a team, Certification in a Paramedical, Ambulance Officer or Nursing qualification, Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous.
