Overview

Join a passionate, high-performing team dedicated to delivering exceptional experiences and services to members across a global network. This is a full-time, hands-on role where you'll help coordinate engaging events, support member networks, and deliver tailored resources that add real value; no two days are the same.

Responsibilities
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute a variety of events, including networking functions, webinars, workshops, and conferences
  • Manage event logistics, vendor relationships, budgets, and attendee engagement
  • Provide personalised member support and contribute to member retention strategies
  • Support the member volunteer network and coordinate the delivery of localised content
  • Collaborate closely with a team of event professionals to deliver high-quality member experiences
  • Draft engaging communications such as emails, agendas, and minutes
  • Contribute to the improvement of services through feedback collection and reporting
  • Uphold professional service standards while building strong, long-term relationships with members
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in end-to-end event coordination and delivery
  • Understanding of or experience working within membership-based organisations
  • Strong customer service and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Ability to build rapport and maintain relationships across diverse member groups
  • Professional communication skills both written and face-to-face
  • Strong organisational and multitasking capabilities
  • Qualification in Events, Business, or a related field is highly desirable
