In Oct 2024, Experian completed the acquisition of illion and is in the process of integrating the two businesses. This is a large-scale program across most departments.

Role Overview - What you'll be doing

  • Collaborate with team members to understand, document, and prioritize main process issues for investigation.
  • Document end-to-end current processes for identified areas.
  • Identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.
  • Complete options analysis and present recommendations for decision-making.
  • Develop future state process maps once decisions are made.
  • Support implementation by translating business changes into clear requirements and supporting project plans.
  • Assist the Integration Program with other project management tasks as time permits.

Qualifications and Skills - More about you

  • 5–7 years of experience in business process engineering and improvement.
  • Skills in process mapping and process improvement methodologies.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and tools (MS Visio, Jira, MS Project).
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Additional Skills

  • Experience in post-merger integrations or large-scale transformation programs.
  • Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or similar frameworks.
  • Experience with process mapping tools (BPMN, UML) or data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).
  • Relevant certifications such as CBAP, PMP, CAPM.
