As a key member of a small, collaborative team, you'll be responsible for:

  • Managing end-to-end payroll processing, from onboarding through to termination
  • Performing termination calculations and applying relevant payroll rules and legislation
  • Validating and maintaining payroll data in line with internal processes
  • Handling email and phone enquiries with professionalism and efficiency
  • Running a fortnightly pay cycle for a mixed workforce of permanent staff and third-party contractors

About you

We're seeking someone with:

  • Solid experience in end-to-end payroll processing
  • A strong grasp of payroll legislation and termination processes
  • High attention to detail and the ability to work to deadlines
  • Great communication skills to handle employee enquiries with care
  • A team player mindset, ready to work closely with others in a collaborative environment
