Overview

Domestic Student Recruitment Officer (Field Sales) role at EDU Holdings Limited. This position focuses on generating domestic, higher education new student enrolments for EDU's higher education entity – Ikon Institute of Australia (Ikon), and EDU's VET entity (ALG).

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with industry partners, school administrators, career advisors, and corporate stakeholders to drive student enrolment.
  • Schedule and conduct regular visits to industry partners, schools, community events, service centers and corporate offices to actively promote EDU's courses.
  • Develop and present tailored course solutions to industry partners, educational stakeholders, and corporate decision-makers.
  • Attend key recruitment events, including Open Days and career events, representing EDU's offerings.
  • Support and nurture prospective student leads and engage directly with prospective students to guide course selection and study pathways.
  • Provide accurate information and advice on Ikon's and ALG's courses and enrolment policies; assist prospective students in completing enrolment with collaboration from the Admissions team.
  • Feedback on market trends and opportunities for partnerships and enrolments; report insights to the Manager and Course Advisors.
  • Record accurate data in the CRM; prepare operational reports on lead funnel performance; organize and deliver Product Discovery sessions with academic staff and stakeholders; identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
Education, Experience, And Skills
  • Bachelor qualification or higher
  • At least 3 years' experience in field sales within a higher education environment
  • Proven ability to nurture leads from first contact to conversion and build long-term client relationships
  • Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, or other CRM systems
  • IT literacy, particularly Microsoft Office
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
  • Understanding of key requirements of relevant regulatory frameworks, especially the Higher Education Standards Framework (Threshold Standards) 2021
  • Positive attitude, results-focused, and strong attention to detail
  • Valid driver's license and personal vehicle
