About the role
Mackay City Auto Group is seeking a talented Ford Sales Manager to join our dynamic team in Mackay, Queensland. As the Ford Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our Ford dealership, overseeing all aspects of the sales operation. What you\'ll be doing
  • Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximise customer acquisition and retention
  • Oversee the sales process, from lead generation to customer delivery, ensuring exceptional customer service
  • Analyse market trends and customer data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute effective promotional campaigns
  • Ensure the dealership\'s compliance with all relevant automotive industry regulations and standards
  • Participate in strategic planning and decision-making to support the overall business objectives
