  • Rate: £13.36 per hour, mileage will be reimbursed

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create Memorable Experiences: Facilitate engaging tasting sessions that showcase our grocery products in a fun and informative manner.
  • Connect with Customers: Build strong relationships with customers.
  • Collect Feedback: Gather insights and feedback from customers to help improve our services.
  • Recruit Shoppers: From the store floor, inviting them to participate in blind tastings.
  • Other duties include:
    • Driving to other stores for shopping
    • Following methods & routines using the correct tools to handle, prepare & cook raw & cooked products for presentation
    • Working to achieve team targets & support colleagues
    • Recording & presenting data accurately on databases & spreadsheets
    • Attending training days & achieving required scores to maintain skills & knowledge

What We're Looking For:

  • Enthusiastic Personality: A cheerful demeanor and love for interacting with people
  • Strong Communication Skills: Ability to convey information clearly and engage customers effectively.
  • Facilitation Experience: Previous experience in customer engagement or facilitation is a plus
  • Driving License and Access to Own Vehicle: Necessary for traveling to other stores.
