About the Role
As a Multi Skilled Team Leader, you will champion a calm, inclusive environment where residents are truly known, respected, and supported to live life on their terms. Leading by example, you will coach and empower your team to deliver care that reflects the unique rhythms and preferences of each resident — not just tasks.

You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring our small home model thrives by fostering teamwork, continuous learning, and high standards in care and hospitality.

What You'll Do

• Lead, mentor, and support your team to create a welcoming, homelike atmosphere.
• Deliver and champion person-centred care that honours resident autonomy, dignity, and privacy.
• Oversee operational aspects including rostering, budgeting, compliance, food safety and quality standards.
• Build positive relationships with residents and families, responding to feedback with care and respect.
• Drive continuous improvement through coaching, training, and performance management.

What We're Looking For

• Proven leadership experience in aged care, hospitality, or a related setting.
• Certificate IV in Leadership & Management or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of food and consumables budgets
• Medication Assistance accreditation.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and coaching skills.
• A genuine commitment to person-centred, rights-based care approaches.
• National Police Check (within 12 months), current driver's licence, and compliance with vaccination requirements.
• Experience with small home or household living models.
• Food Safety Supervisor certification and Medication Assistance accreditation
• Skills in rostering, workforce planning, and staff mentoring.
• Confidence balancing hospitality, care, and leadership responsibilities.

ACH Group is a not-for-profit organisation in the Health Care Sector. This means that you can salary packageup to $15,900 per annum for living expenses and $2,650 for meals/entertainment to reduce your tax.
