A leading construction team in Sydney is seeking a Construction Lawyer with 2–5 years of post-admission experience to join its Construction & Infrastructure practice at a prominent full-service firm. Ideally both back and front-end experience is welcome.

This is your opportunity to work on major projects that shape Sydney's future, from bold new buildings to critical infrastructure like transport and renewable energy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Representing clients in court, tribunals, or arbitration with confidence and clarity.
  • Negotiating contracts and advising clients directly to keep projects on track.
  • Researching and drafting clear, practical legal advice and contracts for complex deals.
  • Preparing claims, submissions, and other documents with precision.
  • Collaborating with barristers, engineers, and project teams to tackle challenges and deliver results.
About You

The firm is looking for a motivated lawyer who's passionate about construction and eager to make a difference. You'll bring:

  • A keen eye for detail and strong problem-solving skills for complex legal work.
  • Confidence to engage with clients and stakeholders while thriving in a team setting.
  • A practical, results-driven mindset that balances legal accuracy with commercial goals.
  • 2–5 years of post-admission experience, ideally in construction, infrastructure, or related fields.
