Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and ambitious construction lawyer to join our team. As a Senior Associate, you will be responsible for advising clients on all aspects of construction law, including drafting and negotiating major project documentation, contracts, consultancy agreements and tender documentation.

You will work closely with partners and clients on major projects, while mentoring junior lawyers and contributing to the growth of the practice.

The ideal candidate will have at least 8-10 years' post-qualification experience in construction law, with exposure to both front-end and/or back-end matters.

They will also have outstanding academic record and strong technical legal skills, with the ability to analyse complex issues and deliver practical, commercial advice.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • At least 8-10 years' post-qualification experience in construction law
  • Outstanding academic record and strong technical legal skills
  • Experience in litigation and dispute resolution within construction
  • Strong client relationship management skills with the ability to deliver commercially focused advice
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and persuasively
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple deadlines
