About The Role
  • Providing exceptional customer service and creating memorable shopping experiences
  • Assisting customers with product selection and offering advice
  • Handling transactions efficiently at the register
  • Restocking and merchandising products to keep the store looking fresh
  • Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment
  • Working as part of a team to achieve sales goals and deliver top-notch service
  • Supporting in different departments across the store, including service desk and/or Fishing and Marine Sales
Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join us. Experience and a passion for fishing and marine sales are a bonus.

  • Bright and bubbly enthusiasm with attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills and a friendly approach
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Availability for flexible shifts, including late nights, weekends, and public holidays
  • Previous retail experience is a bonus but not essential — training provided
  • Availability across Monday, Saturday, and Sunday
