About the Centre

We are a beautiful 125 place centre. Our philosophy is based on a holistic image of the child, and ourexperienced educators follow the Lifelong Learning Curriculum, Australia\'s leading early childhood education approach. We\'re undergoing a yard upgrade at the moment, which our team and families are quite excited about. About the Role

• Manage the day to day operations of the Centre/s in line with company policies and procedures, meeting compliance and financial targets.
• Create long-lasting connections with your local community including partnerships with families and use your marketing flair to strategically increase occupancy of the service.
• Mentor and support the centre/s to Meet/Exceed the National Quality Standards

About you

• A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification
• Strong experience in a Centre Manager role
• A current Working with Children's Check
• Experienced in achieving targets and meeting safety and compliance standard
