About the Centre:

Welcome to Kids Academy Wyndham Vale We are developing a 110-place centre. Our philosophy emphasizes a holistic view of the child. Our families appreciate our approaches to inclusivity and sustainability

About the Role:

  • Manage the daily operations of the Centre(s) in line with company policies, ensuring compliance and meeting financial targets.
  • Build strong connections with the local community, including partnerships with families, and use marketing skills to strategically increase occupancy.
  • Mentor and support the centre(s) to meet or exceed the National Quality Standards.

About You:

  • A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or an ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification.
  • Strong experience in a Centre Manager role.
  • A current Working with Children's Check.
  • Experience in achieving targets and ensuring safety and compliance standards.
