About the role
We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at La Trattoria Restaurant in Adelaide. As our Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional customer service and driving the financial performance of the business. This is a full-time position with opportunities for career progression within our growing hospitality group.
What you'll be doing
Manage all daily restaurant operations, including staffing, scheduling, inventory management and financial reporting
Lead, motivate and develop a team of service staff to deliver outstanding customer experiences
Implement effective marketing and promotional strategies to drive revenue and increase customer loyalty
Monitor and analyse restaurant performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement
Ensure strict compliance with all internal policies, relevant health, safety and licensing regulations
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that supports the company's mission and values
What we're looking for
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar senior hospitality role
Strong operational management skills with a proven track record of driving financial results
Excellent customer service orientation and the ability to lead and motivate a team
Familiarity with food and beverage cost control, inventory management and reporting
Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to delivering an exceptional dining experience
Accounting knowledge
