Role Description

This is a permanent part-time role for a mature and experienced Practice Manager, based in Camberwell, VIC. As a Practice Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the practice, ensuring efficient, smooth, and effective operational functioning. This includes coordinating administrative staff, managing patient scheduling, overseeing billing processes, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, and maintaining a high standard of patient care and satisfaction.

Qualifications
  • Experience in administrative and operational management in a healthcare setting, especially with patients with complex mental health care needs and in the paediatric population
  • Proficiency in patient scheduling, billing processes, and compliance with healthcare regulations
  • Strong leadership and team coordination skills and a kind and caring attitude
  • Must be proficient with medical terminology
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Relevant qualifications in Healthcare Administration
  • Experience with electronic medical record management systems coreplus and clinic to cloud a very desirable attribute or ability to learn these systems independently
