Job Description

In this role, you'll work collaboratively with families and colleagues to foster curiosity, wellbeing and confidence in every child. Your creativity and care will help shape a positive early learning environment where each child feels supported and valued.

Desired Skills And Experience

To thrive in this role, you\u2019ll have an Early Childhood qualification and hands-on experience in early years services. You\u2019re a team player who understands State and Federal policies, regulations, and compliance. Your enthusiasm for supporting children and families, along with a commitment to equity, inclusiveness, Indigenous perspectives, and sustainable practices, will help you succeed.

• A current and valid Working with Children Check
• First Aid, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma certifications
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience in early childhood development and programming
