  • Translate complex business, legal, and industrial relations requirements into data and payroll output specifications.
  • Act as a bridge between business and technical stakeholders to ensure mutual understanding of requirements and issues.
  • Recommend solutions to address issues identified during investigations and embed compliance improvements.

About You
You are a detail-oriented, analytical professional with strong ER/IR and data analysis capabilities, capable of operating in a complex industrial relations environment. You bring:

  • Experience executing large-scale pay investigation and remediation activities.
  • Strong experience interpreting and implementing enterprise agreements and other industrial/legislative instruments.

  • Proven ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all organisational levels.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to work autonomously and collaboratively.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Legal, Finance, HR, IR, or a related field.

This is a unique opportunity to combine ER/IR knowledge, technical data expertise, and compliance leadership in a role that directly impacts operational integrity and employee trust. You will be part of a highly skilled team, gain exposure to senior stakeholders, and help shape sustainable compliance solutions for the future.
