Role & Project Overview
We are seeking a Compliance Analyst to join our team. In this role, as a Superannuation SME, you will participate in discussions, guide on potential compliance risks, and provide expert compliance guidance in challenging areas.

Responsibilities

  • Possess strong and broad working knowledge of Superannuation regulations.
  • Be an experienced, hands-on practitioner, ideally with experience in environments undergoing merger, SFT, or administrator change activities at other super funds.
  • Coordinate, lead, and perform risk assessments to identify and evaluate operational risks, considering emerging risks, legal/regulatory requirements, and strategic initiatives.
  • Perform risk analytics to analyze and detect various lending and operational risk scenarios.

Key Skills

  • Deep knowledge of superannuation regulations to assess applicable regulations and validate specifics.
  • Strong analytical skills across initiatives within Framework, Policy, and Processes.
  • Collaborative development of risk frameworks, standards, and risk taxonomy.
  • Work with risk owners and subject matter experts to develop and maintain practical, effective, and efficient standards.
