IT Audit Lead- Technology & Data
Location: Melbourne CBD | Hybrid Work

Join a leading Big4 Australian bank and play a key role in strengthening technology and data risk management across the organisation. We are seeking an experienced IT Audit Lead to deliver high-quality audits and insights across technology, data, and cybersecurity domains.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead and deliver end-to-end technology and data audits, from planning through to reporting.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of controls across IT infrastructure, cloud platforms, cybersecurity, and data governance.
  • Identify risks and recommend improvements to enhance operational resilience and regulatory compliance.
  • Partner with senior stakeholders to provide insights that improve risk management practices and support business objectives.
  • Coach and mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
What We're Looking For:
  • Proven experience in IT, technology, or data auditing, ideally within financial services or large, complex organisations.
  • Strong knowledge of IT risk management frameworks, data governance, and regulatory expectations.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Relevant professional certifications (e.g., CISA, CISM, CPA, CIA) are highly regarded.
