Leading HSEQ Audit Specialist

A seasoned audit professional is sought to lead high-impact audits and assurance services across diverse organisational settings in Victoria. The ideal candidate will possess extensive expertise in Health, Safety, Environment and Quality (HSEQ) systems, ISO standards, and relevant Australian legislation.
About the Role- Lead audits against ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, 27001 (and client-specific HSEQ frameworks)
- Conduct risk assessments & legal compliance reviews (including hygiene, noise, hazardous materials)
- Deliver clear, actionable audit reports & represent clients during certification audits
- Mentor junior consultants & contribute to shaping audit standards (ISO 19011)
- Stay ahead of industry trends & regulatory changes
- Degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field
- Lead Auditor certifications (Exemplar Global or IRCA) - ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001; ISO 27001 (desired)
- Strong HSEQ systems, auditing and compliance expertise
- Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with diverse industries
