Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Manager based in Balgowlah, Sydney. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, providing tailored insurance advice, and developing risk management solutions. Daily tasks include handling client inquiries, processing insurance policy changes, conducting policy renewals, and identifying opportunities for coverage improvement. The Account Manager will also liaise with insurance providers to negotiate terms and resolve claims efficiently.

Qualifications

• Strong client management and relationship-building skills
• Experience in insurance advice and risk management solutions
• Ability to handle policy renewals and process policy changes
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail
• Proficiency in using insurance software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Relevant experience in the insurance industry is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field is desirable
