We're on the lookout for an organised, proactive, and customer-focused Field Service Administrator to become a key player in our Metro Field Service team based at our Clayton branch. This is a 12-month contract role that will see you step into a dynamic, fast-paced environment where you'll be at the heart of keeping operations running smoothly.
Reporting to the Customer Service Supervisor, you'll play a vital role in supporting our Field Service team – assisting Customer Coordinators with work in progress management, raising purchase orders for labour and materials, processing invoices, handling customer feedback surveys, and ensuring accurate data entry across the service area.

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Schedule work site inductions for our Technicians
- Ensure all tickets and licences are up to date and validated
- Raise PO's, consolidate and follow up accounts
- Carry out contractor inductions
- Manage post service calls for all equipment services
- Manage registrations, inspections and service requirements for the field service fleet
- Coordinate and validate payroll workflows (technician timesheets)
- Provide back up and support to Lube Planners

You understand the importance of exceptional customer service and have a strong eye for detail. You are a naturally positive and engaging communicator and enjoy collaborating at all levels.
To be considered for this role you will have the following skills, experience and attributes:
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Highly developed time management and organisational skills
- Advanced computer skills and experience working with various databases
- Ability to manage a multitude of tasks simultaneously
- Hands on approach and a strong sense of accountability
- Self-motivated, reliable and a proven team player
