Service & Branch Administrator

Job Description: The Service & Branch Administrator (VIC) position requires a highly organized, efficient, and proactive team member. The role is pivotal in ensuring real-time information is relayed to our technicians, customers, suppliers, and head office. This requires excellent communication skills and attention to detail. The role involves a wide range of responsibilities, including quotations, managing T&R reports, updating CRM data, handling job sheets, invoicing, stock ordering, maintaining the VIC scheduler, and assisting with branch administration. You will be the backbone of the VIC branch, ensuring all administrative tasks are handled efficiently to support both service delivery and branch operations.

IBA requires an Employees to join our growing team to help with the demand for both the service and supply of Forklift Batteries and Battery Chargers from our Dandenong South, Victorian Factory premises. No specific trade skills are necessary. Job will entail facilitation of service / administrative function.

No specific Battery trade skills are necessary, we just want an individual who wants to learn how the Company successfully operates, someone who has common sense and thrives on providing great customer service, while having the required care and attention to detail in their duties that comply with our wonderful established Victorian team, some of whom have been with the Company since it started over a decade ago. The Company is great to work for, and rewards the efforts that are put in by our Team for the betterment of all attributed parties.
