As a Paid Media Specialist, you'll ensure our paid media campaigns are executed smoothly and effectively. You'll work closely with media agencies and partners, managing daily operations with a focus on ad performance and optimization. What you will do:

  1. Assist in developing and executing paid media campaigns with media partners, ad networks, and agencies, ensuring KPI alignment.
  2. Manage ad operations including setup, tracking, placement, optimization, and delivery.
  3. Handle administrative tasks related to media campaigns, coordinating with internal teams and external partners.
  4. Ensure accurate implementation of media plans across channels and monitor performance.
  5. Collaborate with your manager and cross-functional teams for seamless campaign execution.
  6. Conduct A/B testing and experimentation.
  7. Work with the design team to provide direction for creatives.
  8. Negotiate favorable terms with media partners for premium ad placements.
  9. Provide performance reports, analyze data, and share insights.
  10. Build and nurture relationships with partners to scale deliverables.
  11. Research and maintain relationships with programmatic partners (DSPs & SSPs) for optimal delivery.

What you will bring:

  1. Strong interest in sports, casino, and gambling industries, with knowledge of customer behavior, trends, and regulations.
  2. 3+ years of experience in paid advertising, including display ads, paid social, native, and programmatic banners.
  3. Proven negotiation skills and ability to nurture relationships focused on performance.
  4. Ability to optimize campaigns for measurable results (CPA, ROAS, ROI).
  5. Strong knowledge of media buying platforms and programmatic technologies (DSPs, DMPs, SSPs).
  6. Proficiency in media planning and buying across digital and traditional platforms.
  7. Research skills to find relevant publishers/websites for deals.
  8. Creative flair and attention to design.

Bonus points if you also have:

  1. Bachelor's or Master's in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred).
  2. Cryptocurrency knowledge.
  3. Photoshop/Basic editing skills.
