Job Description- Casual
We are seeking an Exam Supervisor to ensure the proper, secure and compliant administration of exams and ensure that all regulations are followed. This role is responsible for:
- Verifying student attendance
- Distributing and collecting examination papers and materials
- Adherance to VCAA regulations
- Familiarising themselves with proper procedure of VCE external assessments
- Ensuring that they have a clear understanding of the provisions for any student with the approved Special Examination Arrangements
- Monitor students during exams to ensure that thet comply with exam regulations
- Manage any exam irregularities in accordance with procedures
- Report any incidents or issues to the appropriate staff member
- Maintain the confidentiality and security of assessment materials
- Working With Children's Check
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong organisational skills
- Flexibility and willingness to work varying hours, including mornings & afternoons
- Knowledge of exam regulations and procedures
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
