The Opportunity

Due to an internal promotion, we are on the lookout for our next Grocery Territory Manager to look after clients such as Coles & Woolworths. As a Grocery Territory Manager, you'll be the driving force behind our FMCG business. You'll have a deep understanding of our brand, products, and—most importantly—what our customers need from us to help grow their businesses and ours. This role sits on our soft drink side of the organisation.

In this role, you'll receive support from our Field Managers and the Regional Business Manager, becoming a valued member of our NSW sales team based in Western Sydney and will be covering suburbs between Penrith & Parramatta.

This is a highly autonomous role as you will be on the road in Territory each day interacting with your customers, self-motivation and the ability to work autonomously is essential for this role.

• Self-Motivation: The ability to work autonomously and hit targets.
• FMCG experience: Prior experience in FMCG is essential, Grocery (Coles/Woolworths) experience is a bonus.
• Sales Experience: Proven background in sales.
• Results-Oriented: A self-motivated attitude focused on achieving goals.
• Personable Approach: A friendly, approachable personality that resonates with clients and colleagues.
• Relationship Builder: Strong skills in cultivating and maintaining relationships.
• Multitasker: Ability to thrive under pressure while managing multiple priorities.
• Passionate Team Player: Enthusiasm for working with great brands and even better people.
• Valid Driver's License: A full driver's license is essential.

Location Requirement: Please note that we will only consider applicants residing within a 45 minute commute to the territory in Western Sydney.
