A well-regarded national consultancy is looking for a Research Director to lead its Melbourne practice. The team is small but growing, and the work spans brand, innovation and communications. Projects often blend quant and qual, with a strong focus on commercial relevance and strategic outcomes.

As Research Director, you will take responsibility for client leadership, financial performance and team development. You will mentor researchers, design and oversee complex studies and build strong relationships across a high-quality client portfolio. You will also play a key role in shaping methods, platforms and the future direction of the Melbourne office.
