HOLY GROUND is a cafe located in Gregory Hills and Rosemeadow NSW. We are dedicated to providing a warm and welcoming environment for our customers to enjoy delicious food and beverages. Our team is passionate about delivering exceptional service and creating a memorable dining experience for all guests.

Role Description

This is a full-time roll for a Chef. Position available at both Rosemeadow and Gledswood Hills.

creating and executing menu items, managing food preparation, supervising kitchen staff, and maintaining food safety standards.

Both locations already have chefs. This roll is designed to create and maintain quality of goods sold.

Qualifications

  • Culinary Arts, Food Preparation, and Menu Planning skills
  • Experience in kitchen management and staff supervision
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
  • Creativity and ability to develop new and innovative dishes
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks
  • Certification in food safety and sanitation
