About the Role

As a Guest Service Agent, you will create memorable experiences for our guests by providing exceptional service, handling transactions, offering local insights, and ensuring a friction-free stay.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure guest satisfaction
  • Handle room reservations, check-ins, and check-outs efficiently
  • Provide local information and recommendations to enhance the guest experience
  • Manage guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally
What We Need From You
  • At least 1 year of experience in Front Office or Guest Services roles
  • Qualifications in Hotel Management or Hospitality preferred
  • Experience with Opera Property Management System is highly regarded
  • Proficient in reading, writing, basic math, and computer skills
  • Excellent communication skills; warm, articulate, and approachable
  • Fluent in the local language; additional languages are a plus
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a positive attitude
  • Professional appearance and good personal grooming
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 23 kg
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple tasks, and support team efforts
  • Flexible to work a 24/7 rotating roster, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Legal right to work in Australia
