Job Summary: 1-3 years of overall work experience with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, high persuasion skills, and high negotiation skills, as well as good knowledge of marketing and sales. Fluency in English is also required, along with an excellent command of Microsoft Office (Excel – Word).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implementation of CRM strategies and customer growth programs.
  • Mainly works with a target, sells to existing and potential direct accounts, and provides sales support to referral partners.
  • Handle all customer inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor data quality and ensure proper transactions.
  • Control and follow up on all communication channels.
  • Plan and implement customer relationship management strategies to encourage customer loyalty.
  • Maintain and follow up on customer relationships to strengthen company operations.
  • Provide reports on customer feedback/complaints to Sales Team Leader or Management.
Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of overall work experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferably GUC, MIU, AUC, BUE).
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • High persuasion skills.
  • High negotiation skills.
  • Good knowledge of marketing and sales.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Excellent command of Microsoft Office (Excel – Word).
