Warehouse Solutions Design & Analyst – Sydney or Melbourne

The Opportunity

We are seeking a Warehouse Solutions Design & Analyst to support the development of new business opportunities within the Supply Chain Solutions team. This is an exciting opportunity to join our Retail & Consumer division based in either Sydney or Melbourne. The role is to provide specialised analysis, warehouse design and commercial due diligence to support the development of distribution and logistics solutions for new customers and existing operations.

As the Warehouse Solutions Design & Analyst, you will:

  • Lead and undertake small to large-complexity intralogistics design projects across a diverse range of industries

  • Provide analytical support for intralogistics design projects across a diverse range of industries

  • Operational process flow design

  • Provide data analysis, interpretation and insight

  • Cost modelling of intralogistics operations

  • Data reporting and presentation

About you

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Demonstrated working experience in related industry, with at least 5 years in a logistics or supply chain function

  • First Class skills in Microsoft Excel (this is a pre-requisite) as well as AutoCAD

  • Strong Knowledge in WMS, WCS, ERP systems

  • Critical thinking ability that enables continuous improvement opportunities to be identified and implemented with the support of the broader team

  • Good knowledge of supply chain applications and operational knowledge of warehouse layout and operations

  • Solid understanding of Intralogistics concepts, functions and role within the broader supply chain
