Sales Support Specialist

The Company

A leading manufacturer and distributor of eyewear in Australia and internationally, specialising in licensed designer brands, recognised both nationally and globally for iconic brands, innovative designs, and a fun yet professional approach to business.

The Role

This role provides operational and administrative support to Business Development Managers across EMEA and APAC, ensuring smooth international sales operations. The focus is on efficient order management, customer communication, and coordination with logistics and finance to help achieve regional sales budgets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage sales tools and documentation, including line sheets, sell-in guides, and onboarding paperwork.
• Oversee order and inventory management: process daily orders, monitor stock levels, track deliveries, and review open orders.
• Coordinate logistics, including indent forms and shipping requirements.
• Support customers by setting up accounts, managing payments, providing invoices, and resolving inquiries.
• Collaborate closely with BDMs, warehouse, and finance teams to ensure seamless order-to-delivery flow.
• Maintain accurate records and reporting across sales operations.

Experience We Need

• Experience in sales support, customer service, or sales operations (ideally in wholesale, retail, or consumer goods).
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Confident communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office (at least intermediate in Excel), and familiarity with ERP/CRM systems.
