Clinical Nurse Specialist Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a Clinical Nurse Specialist to work in mental health.
The successful applicant will provide person-centered specialist nursing care at an advanced practice level, utilizing best practice evidence and collaborating with individual/s and the multidisciplinary healthcare team.
Key responsibilities:
- Leading clinical teams to achieve people-focused quality care.
- Developing and implementing nursing specialty practice advancement, demonstrating extended autonomy in clinical decision-making capabilities.
- Effective communication through information technology, written, and verbal means, with sound interpersonal skills to interact with others professionally.
- Maintaining competence and enhancing mental health skills, applying and sharing professional expertise as a resource person and mentor to others within the speciality.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years' experience working in the clinical speciality, with demonstrated competencies in knowledge of complexities and challenges involved in providing specialty nursing care.
The Clinical Nurse Specialist will work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care, contributing to a positive and supportive work environment.
