Overview

Atturra is seeking a Consulting Manager - Decision Support to lead a Defence (RAAF) consulting project and team to deliver strategic solutions that drive client success. Location: Millers Point, New South Wales, Australia.

Responsibilities
  • Lead a Defence (RAAF) consulting project and team to deliver strategic solutions that drive client success.
  • Oversee project execution, manage client relationships, develop the team, and contribute to the growth of the Decision Support practice.
  • Provide clear, well-reasoned advice that considers trade-offs, dependencies, and constraints; use frameworks, logic, and creativity to navigate uncertainty.
Working Conditions

  • Mostly based in Glenbrook, Sydney
  • Permanent full-time
  • NV1 Security Clearance

  • Provides clear, well-reasoned advice that considers trade-offs, dependencies, and constraints.
  • Uses frameworks, logic, and creativity to navigate uncertainty.
  • Capable of simplifying complexity for stakeholders and guiding discussions toward decisions and actions.
  • Understands the ADF (RAAF) environment and is sensitive to organisational culture, politics, and pressures.
Requirements
  • Must have at least 5 years of experience in at least one of these areas:
  • Defence or public service
  • Consulting
  • Program management
Desirable Experience
  • Business analysis
  • Experience on Defence IT projects
  • Power BI
  • SQL
  • Agile/Scrum
