Role: Educator - Cert 3 or Diploma in Early Childhood Education

Location: Redland Bay

Centre: Goodstart Redland Bay

Employment Type: Full time - Monday to Friday 6.00am to 6.45pm

Pay: $32.43 - $36.53, including super and additional benefits

Responsibilities

  • Help provide the best start to a child's life. Make a lasting impact while growing an incredible career

  • As a Room Leader at Goodstart, take charge of your own room, leading a team of Educators to deliver exceptional educational programs. Collaborate with the Centre Leadership Team and the Educational Leader to observe, inform, and continually improve teaching practices. Ensure safety and inclusivity to tailor learning experiences to meet the needs of all children.

You'll need

  • Cert III or Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)

  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards

  • Current Queensland Working with Children Check
